Absolutely new & unworn (if not marked as pre-owned), with valid and activated manufacturer warranty, with factory stickers, with full documentation (e.g. warranty card or certificate stamped from AD) and, of course, with original box.
Don’t worry, there is absolutely no catch.

Shipping

To ensure utmost security for our customers, the items get shipped from the dealerships to our storage first to undergo a quality control by our watchmakers team.

After the quality approval, we ship worldwide with DHL, FedEx and UPS (depends on the destination) from our logistics hubs based in the EU.
Always with full insurance, security bag and tracking number.

It’s also possible to pickup in person in our partner shop in Frankfurt am Main, Paris*, Amsterdam*, Madrid* and Prague* .

Customs Taxes & Delivery Times

For EU customers:
No customs fees.
Mostly next-day delivery, could take up to 2-4 days*

For Non-EU customers:
Customs fees may apply, delivery time is 2-10 days* incl. customs formalities. Please contact your local customs office first and ask for details before placing an order.

Prices

Many brands e.g. Breitling, Breguet, Chopard, IWC and Hublot are mostly offered for the official retail price or, sometimes, even below. On the contrary, brands as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet or Rolex, due to their purposely created shortage of many models unfortunately makes it impossible for the dealerships on our platform to offer these watches without a premium in price. To avoid long waiting times of months and even years they are forced to buy with a premium and calculate their selling prices accordingly.

Your contact information is safe with us – we never share personal data with third parties. Your delivery address and personal data are used only to ensure a successful delivery process. Your email address is only saved for delivery status updates and exclusive offers.

The browser data, operating system and monitor size is analysed anonymously only to allow us to adjust our site for a better visual experience.
